Safeguarding Report Form

This form is for reporting an incident or concern relating to an adult at risk (safeguarding definition of adult at risk), child or young person under 18. Please note that safeguarding concerns should only be reported to the safeguarding team if the person affected falls under one of these categories. If you have immediate concerns about someone’s safety, please contact Community Safety on 02476 522083.

 

If your concern is not related to an adult at risk or a child or young person under 18, other ways of raising concerns or securing support include Report and Support, Wellbeing and Student Support, the University's Feedback and Complaints procedure or the Student's Union. Further options are detailed as part of the Safeguarding Policy.
