We give a proof that a riemannian manifold of bounded geometry admits a uniformly bilipschitz smooth triangulation. The bilipschitz constants depend only on the curvature and injectivity radius bounds. A number of refinements of this statement, and a generalisation to manifolds with boundary, are described.
