mwrank.tar.gz is a gzip'd tar'd source distribution
for mwrank and some related programs: read the files mwrank.readme for
more information.  

mwrank.tar.gz works under gcc-3* (Tested with gcc-3.2 on alpha and
linux), with either LiDIA or NTL installed.  NB: gcc no longer seems
to include the multiprecision integer package which used to be in
libg++, so you must install either LiDIA or NTL.  For differences
between these, see the readme files in the distribution.

ratpoints-1.4.c is M. Stoll's fast program for searching for points on
curves of the form y^2=f(x) where f is an arbitrary integer polynomial.

The subdirectories contains binaries (executables) for various
architectures.  Not all of these are very up-to-date, and they will
not all be updated.  See mwrank.readme for more details.

Currently ONLY the intel-linux version is up-to-date.  It is very
likely that the obsolete versions for other architectures will be
deleted soon to save space on the web server.
