Tropical Mathematics and its Applications

A LMS Joint Research Group

This is a collaboration between research groups at Birmingham, Manchester, and Warwick. See the main group page with links to other meetings here. The page for the previous Warwick meeting is here.

Next Warwick Meeting

The next meeting of this Joint Research Group will be at Warwick on Wednesday 19th February, 2014. The talks will take place in A1.01 and B3.03 in the Zeeman (Maths) Building.

To find A1.01 turn left when you first enter the Zeeman building, go through the doors, and then up one flight of stairs. You are then standing outside the common room, where we'll meet for lunch. Turn around, and take the corridor to your left (ie three left turns). A1.01 is through the double doors. Alternatively, use the lifts on your right as you enter. B3.03 is on the third floor - go up two more flights of stairs. through the doors, and then up three flights of stairs to the third floor.

Directions to Warwick are available here. The Mathematics institute is in the Zeeman Building, which is number 38 on the map available here. This is closest to the second bus stop in the main part of campus, or parking lot 15 (which is pay-and-display). Warning: The University of Warwick is not in the town of Warwick, but on the outskirts of Coventry - the correct train stations are Coventry or Leamington Spa.
