 Around 30 of the Birmingam (or Brum) group came wearing Tshirts indicating that this was the last the last Portmeiricon, as was believed at the time. Here are some of us in the Tshirts (I am on the extreme right of picture). Sadly the writting on the back of the Tshirts was too small to come out at this distance on my camera. |
Syd Jones in his new Lotus 7. Syd was one of the subjects of a BBC Wales documentary on Prisoner fans Prisoners of Enthusiasm broadcast a few years ago. The Director of the show, Alan Miller, was a guest at this years convention. He gave a screeing of the documentary so we could all see ourselves wandering into camera shot (myself and Barbara included). He and Syd then had a short question and answer session on the show with the audience in the Hercules Hall. |
