Finding an Education Agent
The University of Warwick works with trusted education agents and representatives around the world who can provide guidance, information and support throughout the application process. They can help you explore your study options, choose the right course, and submit an application to Warwick.
The University pays commission to authorised agents when the students they support subsequently enrol. Using an agent will not influence your likelihood of receiving an offer, and all admissions decisions are made independently by the University.
While many students find it helpful to work with an agent, some agents may charge for additional services. We recommend confirming any fees in advance and ensuring that the agent is authorised to represent the University of Warwick.
A list of our authorised agents is available for your country on our Country Information pages. or visit our International Foundation Programme pages hereLink opens in a new window.
Some of our authorised agents work with partner organisations (sometimes referred to as sub-agents). The University does not contract directly with these organisations and cannot provide the same level of oversight or support.
Before choosing an education agent, we encourage you to read this Student Guide to Choosing an Education AgentLink opens in a new window.
Support for the Agent Quality Framework
The University of Warwick is committed to the UK Agent Quality Framework (AQF), which promotes ethical recruitment practices, student choice, transparency, and high standards of agent management. We have signed the AQF pledge with the British Universities' International Liaison Association (BUILA) and the British Council and are committed to ensuring that prospective students receive accurate information and appropriate support throughout the admissions process.
The University monitors the performance of its authorised education agents and regularly reviews agent partnerships to ensure they meet the standards expected by the University and the AQF.
For further information about our work with education agents, please contact us at int.recruitment@warwick.ac.uk.
Please note that authorised education agents may receive a commission payment from the University for supporting student recruitment activities. These arrangements do not influence admissions decisions, which are made independently by the University. The University does not pay commission to agents representing students from the United States or students eligible to receive US Federal Loans.
