Closed for the Winter Break
All of our services will be closed from Wednesday 24 December 2025 to Thursday 1 January 2026 inclusive for the University winter closure period. Staff will not be able to respond to enquiries, and the University cannot provide visa advice or services to you, during this time.
If you require emergency advice in relation to your UK immigration status, you will need to contact a qualified immigration adviser outside of the UniversityLink opens in a new window
If you are a member of the student or staff community at Warwick and are concerned for your safety or someone else's, please contact the Community Safety Team
