Feedback and Complaints

We aim to provide all users of the University with high quality and efficient services. We recognise though that there may be occasions where expectations are not met and on these occasions we encourage you to provide feedback. You may also submit a complaint about a service if the level of service falls significantly short of what you might reasonably expect. There are different routes for submitting feedback or making a complaint depending on whether you are a student, a member of staff or a member of the wider community.
