Some documents needed when appointing ESR/ER's

• Career Development Plan Document (Set up and signed by supervisor and researcher..Supervisor transmits copy to Warwick, within 10 days of start of appointment)
• Declaration of conformity (Certifies conformity of Agreement and Personal Career Development Plan with EC-contract:
  - University employing ESR/ER prepares Declaration, gets it signed by the university authorities and transmits it to supervisor and to the Warwick CODY administrator
  - Supervisor countersigns and transmits it to European Commission by express courier at latest 17 days after project/appointment start date.
